About
Radojka Miljevic

I have been working as a management consultant for over 20 years, most recently as a Partner at Campbell Tickell, and prior to that as an independent consultant.
Over the years I have practised different consultancy disciplines, but most recently I have trained to Level 7 as a Counsellor and I continue to train to be accredited as a psychotherapist.

I am the independent Chair of the Charity Governance Code Steering Group. I've also served as a Board member of a housing association, a charity (which I subsequently chaired), a member of the Editorial Board of an academic, peer-reviewed journal and as a commissioner on the Haringey Fairness Commission.
At Campbell Tickell, I co-authored guidance for Board members on good governance, on Board appraisals, helping organisations improve, and (in the housing sector) learning from problem cases.

As the daughter of migrants, how I work is informed by my attention to people's intrinsic value, creating spaces in which people are heard and their contributions are valued. I endeavour to create psychological safety so that any difficult or conflicting issues are worked through. I also look to help groups clarify the purpose of their work with warmth, enthusiasm, inspiration and challenge, so that they emerge with clarity and commitment to any next steps.
